Quaker Oats Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal?

I purchased some quaker oats apple cinnamon oatmeal and hate it, but dont want to waste the packets. Any suggestions recipes for muffins, cookies, etc that I can use these packets with? (i already tried the website, didnt find anything good)

  3. try this one Quaker Oats Vanishing Oatmeal Cookies Recipe Ingredients 1 cup (2 sticks) salted butter, softened 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar ½ cup granulated sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1½ cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon cinnamon ½ teaspoon salt (optional) 3 cups of Quaker Oats (Quick) 1 cup raisins (optional) Directions "Preheat oven to 350° F. Beat together butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla extract; beat well. Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Slowly stir in oats. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto an ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 minute on sheet, remove to wire rack.
